We do not accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, color, or buyer’s remorse.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we do offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 20 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the “Contact Us” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

You'll have 24 hours to cancel the order without penalty, update the shipping address, or request a change. Once the item is sent to production, we cannot cancel or refund it.

Please note that due to the nature of digital products, there is a no refund policy in effect for this website and any digital products listed on it.

Shipping Policy
When you place an order with us, your items may arrive in separate packages. This can happen for a few reasons: items might be stored in different warehouses, some products may be ready to ship sooner than others, or different items may require special packaging. Rest assured, there will be no extra shipping charges for this, and you'll receive separate tracking numbers for each package to help you keep track of your deliveries. We aim to get your purchases to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
